[PaQSO] Two Points for ALL CW

Hi Everyone,

Now that major changes are underway for PA QSO Party, let’s consider making
all CW QSOs worth two points.  All RTTY and PSK QSOs will be worth two
points, so why not all CW QSOs being worth two points?  Why place this
penalty on CW QSOs on the higher bands?

Mike, I hope you will seriously consider eliminating the unusual 1.5-point
values for some CW QSOs.  This will simplify the scoring.

I doubt this change will cause the ops to stay away from 80 and 160 CW
during
the contest; it won’t keep me away from low-band CW!
