[PaQSO] PAQSO Party changes

I agree that now would be a good time to revisit the
scoring, since the complexion of the scores will
change a bit, making comparisons with earlier scores
moot.

I don't have a problem with it, although ALL digital
modes should be allowed only one contact per band (so
either RTTY or PSK31, not both) can be claimed for a
qso. 

Let's fce it, it doesn't take a whole lot of computer
to run either of these modes, and it will be a good
excuse for some of us to try something new. 

I'd loved to have seen digital added as a 'sprint' at
the end of the contest, exttending to perhaps 9PM or
so, just to see how many folks will play....

After thinking it over, it IS a good idea!
