[PaQSO] RTTY/PSK

One of my very first PSK31 QSOs was with Italy on 80m while running 
10W.  I don't use it much now (well, I guess I'll have to practice for 
October), but yes, there is activity on 80m. 

Seems I've recently heard some PSK31 on 160m as well, maybe about 1808 
kHz.  Was it legal, never thought of it, would have to look that up or 
wait for somebody here to comment.
