[PaQSO] PAQSO Party changes

3 points for CW?  I understand your justification of both the effort (compared to "alternative" digital) and for easier scoring (other non-specific logging s/w could be used such as N1MM and I'm sure countless others).  Wow, I can see some new records being set already!
