[PaQSO] KB3CO/M plans

 From the boys who brought you last year's W3UU/M operation, this year 
KB3CO and KQ3F set out again on roughly the same course.  One important 
point to note is that we'll be in contact with my brother, KC3WX, who will 
be operating KQ3F as he did last year (only last year it was the W3UU 
Dauphin County CW station).  He'll be checking the reflector for "halftime 
reports" Saturday night/Sunday morning.  So if you need a county or two or 
three or four, please post it on the reflector.  Steve will give us a 
synopsis on Sunday morning and we might be able to change our route to put 
out a county that isn't very active this year.  This itinerary is not cut 
in stone; we've learned to be flexible.
