[PaQSO] logging software

[Tim (KE3HT)]

I do not see an e-mail address on the web site for the WB3W logging
software. 

Question: Does it properly support mobiles? (Without the use of paper
that is). Mobiles can be logged from many counties and have some point
value. Logging them correctly has been a problem for most of the
programs except one or two.
