[PaQSO] Elk County

Does anyone currently have the job of keeping track of where everyone says
they will be and when?

Couple of ideas that may have been said already.....

1. I could attempt to keep track on a excel spreadsheet with 
Name   Call   County        Bands   Modes       Rover 
Mike	X3XXX   Something     160-10 	SSB only	yes/no

2. Someone could make a simple website with an input that you could enter
that data and then it would output the list. 

3. Someone has this job?  I know I've seen lists before?
