[PaQSO] KD8MQ PA QSO Party Summary sheet is ready

Well, it's that time of year again. a little over 8 weeks to go till the 
best state QSO party on earth.

I've been pretty busy this year, and got a late start on updating the 
summary sheet that I use to pick my county.
But, it is finished, and posted for all to share. Right now, the Excel 
spreadsheet is al I have completed. The web pages wil come later.

In case you haven't a clue what I'm talking about, I've been doing this 
summary since 1987. The information is compiled based on the number of 
points reported from each county, instead of per station. What good is 
this, you say? Well, if you're planning to run portable, rover, or 
mobile class in the PQP, it helps to know where the activity was in the 
last few years. After all, you wouldn't want to setup portable in Erie 
county, if you were expecting to be a rare station.
