Gene,
Just remember, during those times you are in inverted flight, your logger
MUST have a Polaroid ready. Never know when you're going to come within a
few feet of a fellow pilot, inverted, and you just know that you're going to
want to have a picture of the moment!
This will definitely make you one of the top guns of the contest!

I'm giving serious consideration to operating as K3QLZ/AM during the PaQP.
I will be operating CW Only, with a J-38 handkey strapped to my right leg,
the aircraft will be an S-2 Pitts, with open cockpit. The antenna is
topside of the fuselage, therefore, I will be flying INVERTED for the
duration of the fuel supply, so as to have a good "Sky Plane" to reflect my
signals. There is a remote possibility of beginning a QSO in ONE County,
and ending that same QSO in ANOTHER County - - - therefore, you may claim
TWO COUNTIES for the same QSO. (Will the Logging Programs support such an
operation ?)
I'm seeking a "Fellow Birdman" with like interests in Amateur Radio, to
"ride the rear seat" and assist me with the LOGGING ! Inter-comm, and a
goodly supply of SICK-SACKS will be provided. Think of it ! You could be
the first person in history to "THROW DOWN" in the middle of the PaQP !
Do I get any EXTRA POINTS for INVERTED FLIGHT ?
Gene/K3QLZ
