[PaQSO] Choppy cw

I have been getting everything ready for the big day but am having trouble 
with KA3JWE's program. Seems that it sends code that stutters and chops up words 
or calls at times. I use the same interface for other programs such as 
WIN-EQF or programs for the Ca party and the cw comes out prefect. Anyone have any 
idea as to what may need to be done to correct this problem. HELP the day is 
getting close.
