[PaQSO] PQP 04 - WYO

Wyoming County will be on the air.  The team of Joe, N3XLS myself will ride
once again.  Maybe. just maybe. we will add another op (or two) in hope of
finally breaking through the 200k barrier.  

 I will be sponsoring the DX Division plaque again in 2004.  That might not
mean much for us "locals", but I feel it's a nice way to say thanks to those
outside of North America.
