[PaQSO] KD8MQ Plans-update

OK, one more change of plans. It turns out that the campground I picked out
is over the county line, in BUT.

So, if anyone is keeping track, KD8MQ & WI8T will be Multi-Single in Butler
county this year.
I already put down the deposit, so unless the place turns out to be  on a
treeless plain, this is a done deal.
