To avoid any confusion in the 2004 'test, I'd strongly suggest that County
Line stations be logged exactly the same as we did last year. If a change
is warranted (which I do not agree with), it can be implemented with plenty
of notice prior to the 2004 'test.
IMHO. YMMV. VWPBL(ST).
