[PaQSO] Party schedule

Is the PA QSO Party always held the second weekend of October?
As a "first timer" this year I enjoyed my little mobile operation in north western PA. For 2004 I am considering a "one county" operation, perhaps from a rental cabin at a State Park.
I would like to set up in one of the more difficult counties to get, but not sure I can put that together.
