[PaQSO] Rare Counties on CW

Hi All,

Great contest!  Thanks to NARC and the ops of W3UU for the fantastic job!

I’ve worked only CW in the PA QSO Party for the past few years, and I’ve
tabulated the rarest counties by the number of years that I have not worked
the counties (out of six years).

Here are the results:
County   Years not worked
    CRN  -  5
     ELK  -  4
     BED  -  4
     SUS  -  4

So if you CW ops out there want to visit a really rare county for the next
PA QSO Party, my vote goes to Cameron (but Elk, Bedford, and Susquehanna are
close behind).
