This is copied and pasted directly from the rules page of the PA QSO Party
web site:
W3UU will operate on 160 through 10 meters from members' homes in several
counties. Add 200 points to your final score for each QSO with W3UU after
all other bonuses have been taken.
For me, that settles the issue. It doesn't say one, or some, it says each
QSO with W3UU. I suppose we can debate the meaning of W3UU, but my head
hurts.
You guys have fun debating the small stuff. I have a contest to prepare
for and a route to plan.

The rules also say "work a station once per band and once per mode . If they
have four fixed stations on the air then you work all four once each band
and mode." You get the bonus for the first contact with each station .....
