This kind of creative bonus station operation HAS been done as part of IARU 
contests.  It's not without precedent.  

We have experienced a wide variety of creative bonus operations in previous 
years.  Since the bonus station doesn't contribute to a club aggregate score, 
the goal has seemed to be:  GIVE OUT AS MANY BONUS POINTS AS POSSIBLE.    

The creative plan of the W3UU gang is just "taking things up a notch."  It 
sounds like fun to me and lots of bonus points will end up in a lot of logs.
