Yes.
 
Type "OPTIONS", then select "QTH MUST MATCH FOR DUPE"
 
Then, when you type in a previously worked call, it will pop up with the  
last QTH and show it as a dupe, but when you enter the new QTH it will log it as  
a new, valid QSO.
 
There is no need for "/M", "/CTY", etc., in the callsign.
