Hi Jim,
I had the same problem trying to send a zip file with all my logs from 44 counties .  Was about to give up.  I finally attached all the logs as text files (all 91 of them !!) to an email and sent it.  It seemed to go.  Didn't know it was possible to send that many attachments. Don't know if they got it or if they can read it, though.
