Hi All.

The Bloomsburg Hamfest turned out to be a great venue for the PA QSO Party
"Meet 'n' Greet". It was great to see all those who put in an
appearance. It was especially nice to have a first eyeball QSO with folks
I've known for many years. Being able to bounce an idea or two off of a
few of the more experienced PA QSOers was very valuable and will likely
lead to a rules change or two. More on this later.

For those from WPA who felt that Bloomsburg was a tad too far to travel,
remember that about two-thirds of the party participants are in EPA so I
though it made sense to choose a site a little to the right of
center. We'll be giving some thought to the '05 Meet 'n' Greet and may do
something different. I have an idea but don't want to discuss it until I
do some research.

My compliments and thanks to the gang from the Columbia-Montour Amateur
Radio Club for their support of the PA QSO Party and for running an
excellent hamfest. The site was clean, modern, and well laid out and
managed. I will go back again next year regardless of what happens with
the Meet 'n' Greet and hope that you will too.

Coordinator, PA QSO Party 2003 (and probably 2004, sigh.)
