Tim,
Very interesting figures. Looking at some of the numbers is
why they changes some years. W3TDF picks one of the rare
ones or one he hasn't previously won to go to each year.
Since moving down here he has promised to come back to Fulton
if I ever break his point record. Fell 13K short last year but was aiming 
for it.

It is also how some of the mobiles plan their routes from previous years.

The sad part of PA QP is the number of people who will not QSL
even with SASE's and MRC's. 3 years ago I ran Bedford/Fulton
Mobile getting 65/67 counties and the past 2 years clean sweeps.
Still have four non confirmed in PA. That's sad and also goes true
for one of my county hunter friiends that posted a note here a few
months back about getting PA cards. I'm down to 113 counties
left to work so sure would like to get the needed PA cards.

I have sent sent cards each year to the ones I still needed
confirmed. A couple weeks ago I went back through the
03 log and sent out the ones still needed. Recieved 3 of 7
back so far. If you worked me any of the past 3 years
while you was in Blair, Huntingdon, Juniata or Sullivan
please drop me a card. Each year I send to one from
each county that I still need confirmed. The percentage
of QSL confirmations amongst my county hunter friends
is not good. My figures from other State QP's is near 100%.
