I've been studying results for last couple of years, trying to 
decide upon, and choose, where to go in 2004. It looks
like MTR needs some help, SOOoo, Me thinks will maybe
go there.
Second choice is a toss up between :-
HUN,    NUM,   TIO,   WAY.

Other needy counties are, CLI, BED, ELK, VEN.
