[PaQSO] Nittany-ARC, PAQSO party webpages back up

    I'm happy to announce that the the web pages for the club and PAQSO 
party are back in operation.

    As far as I know, all the links are working correctly. But I would 
still ask for reports if you find one that is not. Moving an entire web 
site can be an interesting experience.

    note: one exception is that the link to the bbs is not working. I 
must make an entirely new bbs. If you were a user before, you will need 
to re-register. p.s. the bbs is open to all after I bring it back up.

I would ask that all people with links to the Nittany arc pages update 
their links to:
