[PaQSO] PAQSO Web Page update

The PAQSO party web pages will be up and running soon. 
Nittany-arc.net was approved this afternoon, and when it clears the 
WHOIS database, I will bring the club and party web pages back to 
life.

	Unfortunately, the situation forced us to get a new domain 
name, so when I make the announcement that the pages are up, I will 
ask everyone that has links to the pages to update them to the new 
site. Typically they will be the same, but with .net substituted for 
.org Please *don't* update your links until then, just in case I run 
into a problem and have to rename links.
