[PaQSO] PAQ website

    The PAQSO website is down at the moment, as is the entire 
Nittany-ARC website. It is a long story, but I am trying to resolve the 
problem, which may end up with us having the domain name changed. I am 
trying to avoid that for the obvious massive link changes that would 
involve, as well as the entire website.

   I will try as hard as I can to retain the nittany-arc.org domain 
name, because old dead links die very hard. Amazingly enough, there are 
PAQSO links that point to the original site on aol.com. I don't want to 
contribute to the confusion, but may be forced to if I cannot resolve 
the present domain name problem soon.

    I'll update ASAP.
