[PaQSO] KB3CO/M mobile plans

Good news and bad news.  Bad news is that you can take KQ3F off the board 
from Dauphin.  Good news is that KB3CO and KQ3F will be teaming up for a 
mobile operation.  (WN3VAW may recognize both names from college if he does 
a QRZ.com search).  Here's the county lineup as it stands today (in no 
particular order):

Forest
Clarion
Jefferson
Elk
Cameron
Clearfield
Centre
Potter (with the presence of a multi-multi, maybe not)
Clinton
Union
Northumberland
Snyder
Juniata
Perry
Cumberland
Dauphin

We may consider others if we sense they've become rare this year and we're 
nearby.  But we're planning to operate from almost 1/4 of the state's 
counties, with the idea being to hit as many counties as possible that have 
had limited participation the last few years.
