[PaQSO] nothing heard... CQ CQ contest

The PA QSO Party is listed in the Contest Corral of the Oct. issue of QST.
Doesn't appear to be any changes made, at least the ones they have listed
there anyhow. Guess we'll just have to wait and see...........
