Party headquarters either.

I've also been asked by several "casual participants"  (the folks who jump
in
for a couple of hours, hunt and pounce, and run a score of 10K) if there was
going to be a PAQP this year.  Reason?  They haven't received a rules packet
in the mail even though they submitted a log last year.  FWIW.
