My main client is in Lancaster County. If you live there, work there,
or drive through the area, I don't think you'd want to consider it in
the southeastern part of the state.
Oh yes, they're also a member of a CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA computer user's
group which has its meetings in, among other places, Harrisburg and
York. So, some people obviously consider Lancaster Co. and adjacent
areas to be in central PA!

Subject: Re: [PaQSO] PaQSO - Tower work?
Not getting on anyone's case here but i don't think the Lancaster,
Harrisburg, York areas are central PA. As i understand it, living there
at
one time for school, Williamsport is the start of central PA and then
State
College and so on. as i understand it the areas refered to is the
southeastern PA? if there is such a thing but i will stand correct if
someone else can explain.
Anyone in the central PA (Lancaster, Harrisburg, York areas) region do
any tower/rotor work? I think a gear in my rotor is shot. I need to
get it down, and I do have a local guy who repairs these things, but I
am not a climber and don't have a gin pole.
I do have a thrust plate on my tower, so I would simply need to lift the
beam out, remove the rotor, and store the rotor on top. Same thing in
reverse after it is repaired. I'd like to get it back up for the PA QSO
party..
Any suggestions?
