If I operate "CW only" from a gocart riding around in my back yard
connected to a dipole up in the trees using an FT1000 cranked down as low
as I can get it with an amp in the circuit that is not powered up, am I a
"Home", "Rover" "Portable" or "Mobile" station? And am I eligible for the
CW Only, AND QRP AND Portable or Rover or Mobile Plaque?
