Many have speculated what would happen to a BPL system if a kW rig was
running near by.  Blair may have the chance to find out...

How high do you think they'll set his bail?  ("Don't worry, I'll bail you

BPL is currently being "tested" by PPL Telcom in two neighborhoods near
Allentown:  Emmaus borough and Whitehall Township.  A third site is proposed
for
Hanover Township, Northampton County--MY NEIGHBORHOOD!!!!!!!

A drive through Emmaus is painful to ones ears, but a mind opening
