	We had a guy try once. Not much luck.

	The problem as I see it is that 20 meters and up are often 
not that usable for a state party. 20 meters is great from here into 
Florida, but not for other PA stations. I tried 20 meters in the NEQP 
this year, and heard FLA stations talking to New England stations 
that I couldn't hear.

	6 meters is quirky, and above that it is pretty much local traffic.

	It is one of the little "things" in a state QSO party. 40 and 
down gets you most of the traffic, 20 is good for extra out of state 
multipliers, and above that, you need a schedule.
