[PaQSO] Plans as of 9/5/03

      I will also be operating from LYC for the party this year. I will be
on 80, 40 & 20 SSB and maybe a little CW?? And if the conditions are right,
look for me on the higher bands!
      Anybody heard of any updates or changes to the rules for the party, or
perhaps when the PA QSO website will be updated?
