My idea of "Mid-Atlantic" would include DE and exclude WV.  But, what do you 
expect, I'm an EPA kind of guy.  I sometimes forget that Harper's Ferry, WV, 
is only an hour outside of DC.   
    I like including NJ and DE, I might do a DX-pedition to a 
beach-containing county--if this thing happens in May.  Beach scenery isn't too great in 
March, though. <grin>
