I personally don't have the patience required for QRP but there are quite a
few "dyed in the wool" QRP ops who enjoy this mode and, I might add, are
really, really good at it.  I'd hate to see them not participate simply
because we didn't include a QRP category.  And assuming this contest gets
off the ground, we will want all the participation we can get.

I do like what I'm seeing so far....lots of suggestions, very constructive
in nature, and plenty of questions.
