While we are rendering "appropriate recognition" to the "Low Life Scum", =
who, during the Pre-QSO Party Net, chose to unleash his Self-Induced =
Misery into the lives of others, let us not neglect the OTHER ONE, who. =
when he would miss one word, of the on-going transmission, would KEY-UP, =
and ask for a REPEAT OF THAT ONE WORD.  While doing so, he would cause =
50 other stations to MISS the next 5 TO 10 WORDS of the same =
transmission.=20

Does anyone have any knowledge on the availability of a TRD-4, HF/DF =
unit ?  This is a " Late 50's/Mid 60's Vintage", goniometer-driven, HF =
D/F unit.  It operates on 4 small "Top-Hat loaded, Adcock antennas", =
and, can be coax-coupled with any HF receiver.  This equipment should be =
available as military-surplus, at little or no cost !  If we had only 3 =
stations, so equipped, and strategically located within Pa., a =
"Triangulation Fix" on the "Low-Life Scum" would be readily obtainable ! =
 Please advise !

I enjoyed the 2003, Pa. QSO party, and, am looking forward to 2004.  Mni =
tks to all, particularly the Brass Pounders who are "Hanging Tuff" !
