Near misses with cows in PER=1 (same as last year, except it was an 1 elk in 
ELK).
 
Harassment from police=0 (down from 1 last year).

Time in the indoor pool at the Clarion Inn in Carlisle=0 minutes.  Too many 
little soccer heads in the pool.
 
Score=None yet-I use a paper log-See comments.

Comments:
        Treatment of the mobiles was better this year with several good hams 
having the fixed stations standing by while they worked the mobiles and 
several real hams relinquishing their freq so that I could call CQ from the rare 
counties.  There is still no mobile window and there are still alligators moving 
in while I am trying to call CQ without asking if the freq is in use.
        Also, it have been a while since I took my tests, but is aren't there 
bandwidth restrictions?  Seems like some of the alligators were more than 6KC 
wide.
       Here are a couple of suggestions for helping the mobiles:
       1. GET A MAP!  THEY ARE FREE FROM THE STATE!  I know that PERRY and 
ERIE sound alike from a weak mobile but I think that it would we difficult for 
Erie County to share a county line with Cumberland County.  Likewise, I know 
that JUNIATA and INDIANA sound alike from the weak mobile but it would be tough 
for Indiana and Snyder to share a county line.
       2. LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR COMPUTER PROGRAM.  There are 362 days until 
the next PAQSO party. Begin now to practice how to put in /M and county lines.
