[PaQSO] County line/bonus question

Parking on the Clarion/Forest line is doable.  Find the Vowinkle
Hotel/Bar/Restaurant in Clarion Co, go west from the (4 Way) intersection
it's on, and after about a mile you'll come up on the Clarion/Forest County
line.  If you proceed into Forest another half mile or so, you'll see on the
left side of the road the spot that I operated a few years ago (& the one
N0VLR & I both used the year we ran around mobile in his old Jeep) -- it's
the parking lot of a State Game Land.

I could make a case either way for or against counting both counties.  But I
suspect the "KC3CL Rule" may come into play here... ie, even though you're
sitting on a County Line, you are only operating from one spot (this is
assuming, for the sake of argument, that you are only operating from those
two counties from the County Line, and not continuing to operate from one or
the other or both in addition to the line) therefore only one bonus.  BUT --
that is my interpretation, and I would yield to K3CM & the NARC Board for
further clarification on that one.

(Anyone else remember the year that KC3CL sat in the back of his pickup
truck in a campground, allegedly straddling a county line, and would work
you twice -- once from one county, then he'd shift to the other side of the
truck and work you from the other.  No one had ever done that one before
Dave, and no one will since, the practice is now disallowed.  Nice try
though.)

If we're on a county line as a mobile, and make 10 QSOs, do we get 500
points for EACH county?  In other words, if we park it on the
Forest/Clarion line (hypothetical, don't know if that's doable) and make 10
QSOs, do we get 500 bonus points for Clarion AND 500 bonus points for
Forest?  I can read the rule either way.
