[PaQSO] Good luck

Isn't it funny how things change just before the contest.  I will not be
on as much as I thought I would.  I will be operating from home in Tioga
County.  I plan on running SSB and CW 50/50.  I will be on Saturday even
and again on Sunday after 4:00.  I know I received a few emails about
being on CW in Tioga.  This is the reason for the email.
