[PaQSO] VFO Locked Stations

Theres no point talking about this because talking about it and actually doing it is two diffrent things. i even find myself not following the unwritten rule of ham radio sometimes.  but besides this since were on this subject is how about keeping + and - 5 khz from the moblie window i missed a ton of moblies going through counties i could have used serval times because i had a VFO locked station to the side or right on the moblie window frequency. Just an FYI
