As Ray so correctly points out, I did my best to re-arrange geography.
The hours, as most of you no doubt know, are 1200z Saturday July 12 to
1200z Sunday, July 13, or 0800 to 0800, local.
But, given the lack of response, it seems to be a moot point anyhow.
Sorry to have confused you Ray.......and stuff some of that "hay" into
that's horses mouth....that should stop him from laughing.

Hello Ed (SES) et al,
In you posting you show the date and time (ie July - 0000Z), then
go on to say, "12 Noon local time". I'm confused ! Are we now
12 hours different than UTC? Are we half way around the globe
from 'Jolly Ol England'?
Hay, seriously, I might be interested, if I can get my horse
to stop laughing, BUT, I don't have internet, so I guess I'll be
left out, for lack of hard copy of the 'rules' !
Hope every one has fun. I'll listen and see if I can throw in a
towell or two.
