[PaQSO] PA QSO Party coffee mugs and other things

Hello all.

The coffee mugs arrived from the manufacturer on Tuesday, March 
18.  Preliminary report from the mug master is that none of the boxes 
rattled which is good news.  A final check of the mug list and 
correspondence pertaining to the mugs was done.  Labels were prepared, 
boxes and packing material is on hand so packing and shipping will begin 
tomorrow.  Shipping will be by postal mail, I think using priority service.

The mugs are being packaged differently this year than in the past with the 
hope that breakage in transit will be reduced to zero.  If a mug is broken, 
it cannot be replaced with another personalized mug.  In this case, we will 
refund the cost of the mug and it replace it with one that is not 
personalized.  It's the best we can do.

We have been delayed in ordering the 67 county plaques by the difficulty of 
confirming QSO's with a few stations.  We have set an April 1 cutoff date 
for this effort at which time the plaques will be ordered and refunds 
issued to those for whom we were unable to obtain the necessary 
confirmations.  Since the plaques are being done locally, they should be 
available in a few days after the order is placed.

Layout of the results is a work in progress.  I'm looking to go to the 
printer in couple of days and do the mailing of results and certificates 
next week.
