[PaQSO] Stations getting clean sweep in 2002 PAQP

Well, don't know about anyone else that got a clean sweep this year, but 
count N8LXR (Tim operating from the SNJ section) as one of those lucky 
stations and I sure would like to thank all the guys who got on from rare 
counties and especially
my fellow HF mobiliers who really go all out to make the clean sweeps 
possible in many cases.

73 and hope to be "on the road again" for the 2003 PAQP!
