[PaQSO] Pa State Parks and the Pa QSO Party

Since there has been little activity here lately, I was perusing the
archives to satisfy my Pa QSO Party sweet tooth, and came upon the thread
from last year about what state parks have hosted Pa QSO Party operations.

So, herewith is a summary of state park operations based on those
postings....just for the historical record.
