Its been a while since i read the rules but i think the guy that worked single op and had a logger in my eyes i would let him go becuase i don't think the rule absolutly say single op is just that single. now as for the 2 radios i don't know if you mean SO2R or that he end up haveing a true Multi station with 2 radios and 2 operators for those radios. SO2R is still single op in my eyes.

One portable station claimed to be MOBIL because of the fact that he
operated from his car even though he never moved from one spot. HOW DO SOME
PEOPLE GET THESE IDEAS FROM READING THE RULES ? ? <<<<<<<<<<

Mobile means that your using Mobile Equiment to work the contest in my eyes he can be parked in his drive-way using his HF rig and antenna to work the whole test. WHY anyone would want to do this is why beyond me.

I Guess it's whatever floats your boat! come on guys its the PAQSO PARTY Not some big shot contest! but i see the point of this question and i do see someone streching whats printed in Black and White.
