[PaQSO] Suggestions for Change

Hi Everyone,

As long as we are expressing opinions for changes in the PA QSO Party,
there is one thing I would love to see fixed.  That is, the number of
points for CW contacts.  Instead of having CW QSOs on 80 and 160 count 2
points and others count only 1.5 points, make all CW QSOs count 2 points. 
This just might increase the activity on 20, 15 and 10!

Please let the times for the contest as they are!  I love to be able to
sleep and then continue the contest.

As far as the digital modes go (Baudot and PSK), I vote for them!  Include
them for the digital enthusiasts!

Can't wait 'til the PAQ!
