[PaQSO] Making more activity

	Concerning the higher bands.....

I have operated the PaQSO Party from England, Iceland, and Maritime Mobile
from the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. If it were not for the 20 meter
activity, there would be nothing to work from that far away. I remember
from England working a lower number of QSOs, but what was remarkable was
that within the low number was a high number of mobile stations worked in 5
or 6 counties. I was very thankful for them --- but they were doing the
heavy lifting on 20 meters.

It was my understanding that out of state stations could submit logs
electronically; only PA had to submit on paper. (Or was that a one-time
thing?)
