Well, at one time the out of state stations could submit logs
electronically, but apparently that option wasn't available last year.  I
got my... ear chewed out by a DL station after the contest last year over
it -- he assumed that since I had put an announcement about the 'test on the
CQ Contest reflector, I was on the 'test committee, and he was highly upset
at the thought of submitting printed logs.
