[PaQSO] Pa QSO Party Rules

If you think this idea would get more Pa stations to pay a visit to 20
meters, or get the those that already go there for a quick visit to spend
more time, or if  you have other suggestions to accomplish the same thing,
we'd appreciate your support in the form of comments here or directly to
K3CM.

Well, summer is half over and before we know it it will be time to get
serious about this year's event, if that time is not already here. Here's
hoping for a bigger and better Pa QSO Party this year.
