I have often participated but never submitted logs. Too lazy. Now I can do
it electronically with Logger 32. Increasing use of elogs will show
participation is at higher levels than thought. Look fo rincreasing submission over
the next 5-10 years.
PaQP is a fun contest that coesnt require a fortune in antennas or gear. It
will grow. Plus all ex-pats like myself like to stay in touch with the
Keystone state and refresh our geography. PSU home football games sometimes
conflict with Day 1 of the PaQP, but not this year.

What were the 10 Rarest Counties for 2002 PaQP? I plan an operation again
this year -if the rig holds up - and am looking for a rare qth in western
Pa.. FOR was my choice in 02 before rig problems cancelled it. CRA is another
possible option from near Pymatuming. Looking to limit travel to c. 2 rs (
from Cleveland)

Also look for me in this years OQP. Those of you in Pa know its a nice -and
shorter- tune up for the PaQP. I plan to be on from "rare and exotic"
CARROLL Co. Aug 23-24 from 75-40-20m, running 100w to an 80M horizontal loop fed
with OWL.

Bob
